GCIA was instrumental in facilitating the charette process the spring of 2006, which led to the UNOP plan. We have done neighborhood cleanups, give numerous general forums for the public on various recovery topics, provided support for all of the Gentilly neighborhoods for special issues (writing letters, making calls), etc.
