The Irish Channel Neighborhood Association (ICNA) was incorporated in 1974 by a group of Irish Channel residents. After a brief hiatus, the organization reformed in 1995 and is active in all areas of neighborhood development and advocacy. The Irish Channel Neighborhood Association consists of a group of dedicated and concerned neighbors working together with a vision to restore safety and security for all, to respect the diversity of our neighbors, and to work towards a better quality of life for all the residents of the Irish Channel.
