Mission:

The Association was created in the summer of 2006, when it became evident that the residents of the included blocks were either in more than one neighborhood or in none. To offer voice to the residents, businesses, and institutions of these blocks, a group of residents formed the Association. Up to the present, the primary focus has been on involving other residents in the process. To some extent, the Association has participated in the planting of trees throughout the neighborhood.
