Mission:

A Force that has been quietly working for all of us since 1986, the Neighborhood Development Foundation (NDF) is an economic engine that converts life-long renters, with modest resources, and ready houses into entire neighborhoods of new and happy homebuyers. The ripple effect (s) of these new homebuyers are seen in the form of renovation and construction of new homes, improved neighborhoods, and stabilized families.
