To better shape the path forward and additional stakeholder conversations, we ask that you complete this brief survey on relevant issues and the topics you would like to see NPN addressing in the future. Please provide response by the end of the day on Tuesday, July 14th.

A: Old Algiers Main Street Corporation is engaged in redevelopment of the historically commercial corridors of Newton & Teche streets. We have assembled a team of people, including a developer, grantors, entrepreneurs to create a plan for redevelopment. As a first step, Old Algiers Main Street Corp., worked with state legislators, RPC and DPW on a streetscape plan for Newton. The first phase was completed, and the second phase will include sidewalk upgrades, bike lanes, landscaping and lighting.
